PCG completed the shell and site construction under a separate contract and was hired by the owner to finish the interior tenant improvements. PCG worked with both an out-of-state architect and in-house design team that was highly creative and on a tight schedule for completion. PCG worked extensively with the owner and its designers in reviewing a wide array of product types and methods of construction. It was the owner’s desire to complete the office space in a very non-traditional way that required PCG to be extremely flexible and open to new ideas.
