Project Description
New 35,000 SF single story medical office building with new parking lot. PCG condensed a year schedule to 10 months during the COVID pandemic, delivering the project to see patients ahead of the opening date. This project faced challenges along the way such as re-engineering of the entire roof system from metal to wood ahead of the project deadline. This building has been submitted for AIA awards. Build-out included 3 high finish nursing stations as well as x-ray imaging and full dental department units, behavioral health, pharmacy, quick sick areas, decorative common lobby with 3 reception kiosks as well as a 20 ft decorative entryway.
