As a preferred general contractor, PCG provides preliminary pricing often for proposed projects. In fact, many of our past clients have engaged PCG specifically for our preliminary pricing efforts, with the intention of hiring us for the construction project when the time is right.
One of the ways PCG adds value for clients is by negotiating in an open-book fashion with our clients. This gives us the chance to bring additional value to the process as we determine an agreement whereby costs are not necessarily denumerable. This gives the client peace of mind knowing they will be billed only for agreed-upon costs and materials used as set forth in the contract.
