This project was constructed under several sections of high tension power lines adjacent to an SCE substation. Special care was taken to allow for safe crane operation during the tilt-up phase of construction. This project was the first phase of 3 constructed by PCG for Burke Real Estate Group which included several R & D/Industrial buildings totaling approximately 480,000 sq. ft.
