This project was constructed immediately adjacent to a heavily traveled section of railroad in addition to SCE high transmission power lines which created some extraordinary safety and coordination challenges. Pacific Construction Group came up with a phasing plan that allowed for completion of the Phase II foundation and slab work that would require a minimum amount of retrofit work for the Phase II building. In addition, the Developer was able to utilize this phase II area for RV parking in the short term.
