The project architect interviewed several builders for the developer and PCG was able to secure the contract. PCG had been the architect’s “contractor of choice” for the project and this helped immensely in PCG securing the work.
This Developer generally performs his construction with “in-house” forces. However, due to an unusually busy schedule with other projects, they chose to go outside and to contract with PCG on a negotiated basis. This was quite an accomplishment by PCG and required a special effort to accommodate a client that was accustomed to being his own builder.
