This was the second of 5 high-profile Self Storage projects that PCG completed for this client. The client was a private investment company that had not developed storage product before. They relied very heavily on PCG for the accuracy of its early estimates and for significant parts of the overall development pro forma. PCG began working with this client at an early stage of the pre-development phase of the project and helped process the plans through the various city agencies from the first submittal to the issuance of a building permit. PCG acted as the “development manager” as well as the contractor for this project.
