PCG was instrumental in making this project a reality. The developer purchased the site in conjunction with a much larger retail land acquisition. He originally did not have an interest in this portion of the property or in the development of a self-storage project but was required to make the land purchase to consummate the deal for the larger retail parcel. PCG’s self-storage experience and expertise gave its client the comfort to proceed with what became a successful self-storage development.
PCG was able to assist the developer with the project pro forma and took a lead role in the assembling of the various development consultants. The architect, self-storage consultant, construction lender, and property manager were hired based on the recommendation of PCG.
