Plummer’s was a “build to suit” client for the developer of the Murrieta Home Center. Plummer’s purchased the pad and designed their own building. PCG needed to develop a new relationship with them as they were not required to contract with us as the master site contractor. We were successful in negotiating an “open book” construction contract for this project. Our successful efforts in the completion of the Plummer’s “shell” building resulted in an additional PCG contract for the completion of the interior work.
